What do I need when picking up the vehicle?
To collect a vehicle you need a valid passport/ID card and a valid driver's license.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No security deposits are required!
Is insurance included in the rental cost?
All rental prices are inclusive of basic rental insurance which covers third party liability and includes an excess cap for damages incurred to our vehicles. However, we also offer Optional Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) packages that can further enhance your protection
What is the fuel policy?
Fuel used during the course of hire should be covered by the hirer. As such, you will have to re-fill to the same level upon return.
do you provide roadside assistance?
For any assistance required, just call us on +248 2636561 and we'll assist accordingly.
Where must i collect the car?
We facilitate the process by dropping-off and collecting the vehicle at your preferred destination
are there any mileage restrictions?
No. You do not have to worry about mileage when renting with us!!
WHat should ido if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
If we have your flight information, we can monitor the situation if there is a delay. However, we advise contacting us via whatsapp, email or call, as soon as possible, to inform us of any changes. For canceled flights, contact us immediately to modify or cancel your reservation.
